VPI completes acquisition of four CCGTs

Further to the announcement of 15 December 2020, VPI Holding Ltd (“VPI”) has completed the acquisition of four CCGT’s from Drax Smart Generation Ltd (“Drax”).  VPI is now one of the leading CCGT operators in the UK, owning a combined portfolio of 3.3GW.
