Vitol has recently entered the bunkering business for the first time in the Middle East. The business will use Vitol’s long term fuel oil storage and blending operations based at Fujairah in the Arabian Gulf. The company has already taken delivery of one supply vessel and further specially modified bunker supply vessels will be arriving over the coming months.
The bunker supply in Fujairah is being coordinated by Chris Young, formerly with BP.
