Vitol-led consortium acquires share in Vostok

A Vitol-led consortium has acquired a 5% share in Vostok Oil LLC from Rosneft.

Vostok Oil production, which currently stands at 19 million tonnes per year, is due to increase to over 100 million tonnes per year over the next decade and comprises largely high-quality low sulphur crude.  Reserves are estimated to be up to 6 billion tonnes.
