Vitol Investment Partnership completes acquisition of MISC’s shareholding in VTTI BV

Further to the announcement of 21 August 2015, VTTI BV and Vitol today announced that Vitol Investment Partnership, an investment vehicle sponsored and managed by Vitol, has completed its acquisition of MISC Berhad’s 50% shareholding in VTTI BV. Vitol already owned 50% of VTTI BV.
VTTI BV will continue to be run as an independent, standalone company under the leadership of CEO Rob Nijst.
