Vitol B.V. (“Vitol”) has today completed the majority of its acquisition of a controlling interest in Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S (“WPU”) originally announced 17 December 2024 https://www.vitol.com/vitol-agrees-to-acquire-66-84-of-plastics-recycling-company-wpu/.
As of today, Vitol owns 89.14% of the share capital of WPU, with the remaining transaction expected to be completed on Monday 23 December taking Vitol’s total ownership to 90.36%.
