Vitol announced today an agreement with World Point Terminals to purchase the shares of its subsidiaries, Europoint Terminals Netherlands B.V. and Ronaco Holding B.V., located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Amsterdam terminal will be renamed Eurotank Amsterdam as part of Vitol?s strategy to rename all European terminals to Eurotank.
The terminal facility, which has a storage capacity of over 7.9 million barrels of liquid bulk in 280 tanks, is located in the Amsterdam harbour. The facility is used primarily for the storage and blending of refined petroleum products.
