Euromin Holdings (Cyprus) Limited (“Euromin”) has acquired JSC “Latvijas Naftas Tranzits'” (“LNT”) 43,25 per cent stake in JSC “Ventspils Nafta”. Euromin’s shareholding now equates to 93,24 per cent of the total voting capital of JSC “Ventspils Nafta”.
Euromin is delighted with this development. Since its initial investment Euromin has sought to uphold high international standards in respect of governance, and health, safety and the environment within Ventspils Nafta.
