Further to a misleading article in Tribune de Genève on 8th November 2017 Vitol wishes to clarify:
- Vitol entered into an arrangement with Seven Energy three years after Mr Aluko left the company’s employment
- Vitol entered into an arrangement with Seven Energy after the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group and other major international institutions acquired significant equity ownership in Seven Energy
