North Zeleneborsk
In October 2010, Arawak Energy was awarded a 100% interest in the North Zeleneborsk exploration block, which lies adjacent to the South Sotchemyu producing block and the Sotchemyu-Talyu accumulations. The 25-year exploration and production licence covers an area of 13.6 sq km.
Our first exploration well on the licence was drilled in May 2011 and produced around 200 bopd in open hole testing. It was then shut-in for regulatory purposes and is currently being tested further.
