Arawak Energy was acquired in 2009 by Rosco S.A., a subsidiary of the Vitol group of companies. Prior to the acquisition, Arawak Energy was a publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. The company was delisted from these exchanges in April 2009.
